A new 866sqm warehouse with offices was constructed for an existing tenant within the Irongate Industrial precinct, Hastings.
The property formed part of a larger TUMU-managed subdivision and included new sealed accessways, carpark and landscaping including stormwater swales.
TUMU partnered with TimberSpan to deliver the building which features an LVL structure resulting in a light, inviting working/storage space.
TUMU was the developer and project manager for this build.
