Taking its name from the village’s views of Hawke’s Bay’s three iconic peaks, Mt Erin, Kahuranaki, and Te Mata Peak, Peakviews is a boutique retirement village providing a unique “lifestyle living” offering to residents aged 65 and over.

Thoughtfully designed by architects Design Group Stapleton Elliot, each of the villas will enjoy opening plan living & dinning flowing onto north facing patios, quality fixtures and fittings.

On completion, the village will included 35 villas and a clubhouse providing a gym, lounge, & library area and kitchen and barbeque facilities to residents, all set amongst 1.6ha of landscaped grounds.

Construction of stage 1 is nearing completion with stage 2 commencement imminent.
